Cancellation policy
What happens if you need to cancel, and what is refunded.
[FOR LEGAL REVIEW] This wording was drafted to match how the booking
system behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Two clauses in particular
need confirming before launch: the governing law and jurisdiction below, and any
disclosure your travel licence requires you to make. Replace this notice from
Settings → Policies when the text has been approved.
WHEN YOU CANCEL, AND WHAT COMES BACK
Unless the service you booked says otherwise, and counting from the time the
service is due to start:
- More than 72 hours before — full refund.
- Between 24 and 72 hours before — 50% refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no show — no refund.
These are the figures the system applies. If a service carries different terms —
some activities with a fixed supplier commitment do — that is stated on the
service page and on your confirmation, and it overrides the above.
HOW TO CANCEL
From your booking in "My Bookings", or by writing to reservations@pure-arabia.com with your booking
reference. The time we receive your instruction is the time that counts.
HOW A REFUND IS PAID
By the route the payment came in on, to the account it came from. Bank transfers
typically take a few working days once we have released them; the delay after
that is your bank's, not ours.
Tax is refunded in the same proportion as the service.
IF WE CANCEL
You get everything back, including tax, whatever the timing.
IF SOMETHING PREVENTS THE SERVICE
Where a service cannot run because of weather, closure of a site, or another
event outside anyone's control, we refund what we have not already irrecoverably
paid out on your behalf, and we will tell you exactly what that is rather than
quoting a percentage.
AMENDMENTS RATHER THAN CANCELLATION
Moving a booking is usually better for you than cancelling it, and is often
possible where a refund would not be. Ask us first.Version 4, in effect from 27 August 2026. The version you agreed to is recorded against your booking.
